FLEXTOOL SECURES CONSECUTIVE WINS FOR SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR AND STAND OF THE YEAR AT HIRE26

Flextool was proud to return and sponsor the Hire and Rental Industry Association’s event, HIRE26, marking a milestone year for Flextool with a 1950's stand that celebrated both our heritage and our future.

Held at the Sydney Showground in Sydney Olympic Park, HIRE26 once again brought together suppliers, customers, and industry leaders from across the country to showcase the latest in equipment, technology, and innovation. For Flextool, the event carried special significance as we celebrate 75 years of supplying quality construction equipment to the Australian market.

We’re honoured to share that Flextool was awarded HRIA Supplier of the Year - General Division, along with Best Stand at HIRE26. This marked our second consecutive year achieving both accolades. These awards reflect the trust and support of our customers, and we extend our sincere thanks to everyone who voted for us and visited our stand across the two days.

This year’s stand paid tribute to our beginnings in the 1950s, when Flextool was founded by Robert “Bob” Miller and operated from a small workshop in Collingwood. As a nod to that era, our stand featured a custom Kombi van created in collaboration with Kombi & Co which was inspired by the original Flextool service vehicle. Named “Bob the Van,” in honour of founder Bob Miller, the design celebrated our heritage of practical innovation and deep industry understanding, brought to life through a vibrant 1950s theme and our team dressed in full period attire.

We’re grateful to our outstanding partners Expo Event Services, Mash Staffing Australia, Kombi & Co., and every member of the Flextool team whose hard work, creativity, and commitment made this year’s presence truly memorable. Whether on the ground or supporting from afar, these achievements belong to all of you.

Flextool also sponsored the event’s Happy Hour Drinks again, where our Flextool TuffTruk EB500 served refreshments to attendees in true Flextool style.
